Carbon Impact Management in Events

We mitigate our event footprint across four key areas: efficient venues, responsible catering, circular waste management, and sustainable promotional materials. For significant events where full autonomy isn't feasible, we finance certified CO₂ reduction projects through Up2You.

Office Environmental Practices

In our Milan office, we actively pursue environment-friendly practices: reusable tableware, personal water bottles, waste sorting, and even coffee makers with a grinder to avoid capsule waste.

Environmental Support Initiatives

We continuously contribute to projects related to environmental protection. We've been supporting FAI (Fondo Ambiente Italiano) since 2022, providing membership cards to our staff and some external partners. In 2024 alone, we purchased 182 cards.

Partnership for Biodiversity

From 2022 to 2025, we supported 3Bee by adopting a corporate beehive to help monitor pollinators and support local biodiversity.

A partnership that highlights our full commitment to the planet. Since 2025, Mia‑Platform has been supporting the collection of marine and coastal waste with Ogyre, with a target of 13,500 kg by 2028.

An inclusive environment for people and communities

Programs and partnerships that put people first.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Program

Launched in 2024, our DE&I program encourages staff to explore diverse perspectives, partnering with local organizations on gender identity, career paths, music for rehabilitation and generational traits. The program is now expanding to body positivity, financial education, disability and neurodivergence. Our commitment is certified under UNI/PdR 125:2022.

PC Refurbishment and Donation

We keep our high-performance PCs in use as long as possible. When it's time to retire them, we have them refurbished and distributed to families, schools and people in need through partnerships with local associations. In 2024, we donated 32 PCs to 3 organizations.

Partnership with Playmore!

We support Playmore!, an association promoting the integration of people in vulnerable situations or with disabilities through sport. Since 2023, we've joined the Milan Marathon with corporate relay teams, fostering inclusion through shared sporting experiences.

We've proudly held the Great Place to Work Italia certification every year since 2019. We use the survey results to spark real change, launching workshops and open talks on areas to improve.

70-20-10 Training Program

Since 2024, our core training embraces the 70-20-10 model: 70% on-the-job learning, 20% through collaboration, and 10% from formal courses and certifications, so every employee keeps growing.
